Charles Bruce Richards
LAWNDALE — Mr. Charles Bruce Richards, 63, of 5730-8 Fallston
Road, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004, at home.
Born June 18, 1940, in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late William Buford
Richards and Nina Inez Self Richards. He retired from Drexel in Morganton as a
machine operator. He was of the Methodist faith and served in the Army.
He is survived by a brother, William Ronald Richards of Grand Blanc, Mich.; a
sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Royce Dixon of Shelby; and two nephews
and their wives, Gary and Joan Richards of Grand Blanc and Ronnie and Teri
Richards of Charlotte.
A graveside service will be held today at 3 p.m. in Mount Moriah United
Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Scott Norton officiating.
The family will receive friends at graveside immediately following the service.

care of Bess Waters, 1038 Casar-Belwood Road, Casar, NC 28020.
