Webster Hobert Mull
LAWNDALE - Mr. Webster Hobert Mull, 86, of West Main Street,
died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2002, at Shelby Manor.
Born Nov. 7, 1915, in Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Joseph
Charles and Lois Susan Whisnant Mull. He was retired from Cleveland Mills of
Lawndale and Esther Mill of Shelby. He was a member of Lawndale Baptist Church
where he was an R.A. Leader.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Jane
Bowman Mull; two infant sons; two brothers, Jack Mull and Preston "Pep" Mull;
and three sisters, Sue Ramsey, Dorothy Sue Harris and Annie Rae Ballard.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Brenda Mull of Boiling
Springs; a daughter and son-in-law, Lois M. and Steve Truelove of Grover; a
granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Sandy and Tim Quattlebaum of Boiling Springs;
a grandson, Matthew Truelove of Grover; and two great-grandchildren, Dusty and
Christen Quattlebaum.
The funeral will be tonight at 6:30 at Stamey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. James
B. Richardson and the Rev. Clyde Buckner officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service tonight.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Rose Hill Memorial Park with
Mr. Jesse Thackerson officiating.
