Minniefee Jerry Cook
CASAR - Mr. Minniefee Jerry Cook, 90, of 331 Wes Cook Road, died
Tuesday, Aug. 10, 1999, at his residence.
A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Wesly Arron and Emma
Lou Blackburn Cook. He was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Saint Paul
Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ray
Willis Cook; two sons, Jim Cook and Dewey Cook; four brothers, Crawford Cook,
McKinley Cook, Brodus Cook and Moody Cook; and one sister, Bertha Warlick.
He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Carl and Lunette Cook of Casar
and Clyde and Hilda Cook of Granite Falls; one daughter, Nancy Campbell of
Casar; one sister, Dezzie Lowman of Casar; and 13 grandchildren; 22
great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Saint Paul Baptist Church
Cemetery with the Revs. Ernest Speagle and R.A. Brackett officiating.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 8:30 at Stamey Funeral Home.
