SHELBY - Mrs. Ava Elizabeth Scism
Wilson, 89, passed away on Monday, Aug. 31, 2009, at Hospice at Wendover.
A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Odus and
Minnie Walker Scism. She was a member of Lily Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,
Clyde Wilson; and a sister, Ethel Beaver.
Survivors include a son, Roy Wilson of Shelby; two grandchildren, Tommy
Wilson of Shelby and Nancy Wilson of California; and two sisters, Marie
Harrison of Shelby and Ora Jones of Lawndale.
Funeral: Wednesday, Sept. 2, 3:30 p.m., Lutz-Austell Funeral Home Chapel
Visitation: The family will receive friends one hour before the service,
at Lutz-Austell Funeral Home Chapel.
